Fall Ball - Girls
2019 Chatham Cardinals Blast Fall Ball
Blast Fall Ball is a program designed for beginners up through advanced players in grades K through 8th. Blast Fall Ball runs a clinic style format that emphasizes individual skills and drills, building up to small space work and team play. Each Sunday we use repetition, competition and games to help players master skills and improve play. In addition, we are proud to partner with some of the best colleges in the country (who happen to be in our backyard) to help us coach each week. In the past, players from Duke, UNC, Elon, High Point, Campbell and Meredith have joined us to help teach the girls along with our Blast coaches.
DATES/ TIMES/ LOCATIONS:
Sundays, September 15th - October 20th - 1-2:30pm
1:00PM - 2:30PM - Pollard Middle School

AGE GROUPS, SKILL GROUPS AND FORMAT
If your daughter is wants to play with older, more experienced players, we are happy to accommodate. We will be playing Fast Pass games each week so players will have lots of opportunity to compete within their groups.
Back by popular demand...our Blast teams are going to participate in the Pumpkin Shootout again this year! This event is entirely optional and entirely fun - please indicate if you wish to participate in this all-day, local event on October 27th that features multiple games played (in costume for Halloween!) against various other teams throughout the region. Please note - just because you sign up to participate in Blast DOES NOT mean you automatically are assigned to a Blast team for Pumpkin Shootout. We will ask you to indicate interest in participating during registration. We then use those numbers to get an idea of how many coaches and uniforms we need to order for the event. A separate email with a separate registration link for the play day will be sent around to Blast participants once the season starts!
WHAT TO BRING
We do provide limited equipment rentals for beginners (stick, goggles) as we recommend that all participants bring the following items:
- Water bottle
- Sneakers or cleats
